Great service and great outcome. As a first home seller, i found that he was very approachable, even at the odd time of the day- he reached us back in timely manner. During this unprecedented lockdown period, his advanced technology skills and professional experience exceeded my expectations, especially in communication and professional genuine advices. Saying that it is a good idea for anyone thinking of selling, it is highly recommended to plan a lockdown scenario given current global situation!! I was in panic when hearing another lockdown, yet Calvin calmly explained me of the changes in campaign, with different scenarios. Thanks again for great service Calvin. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and families for sure.

My family and I are very grateful and pleased with our auction result for the above property. Calvin visited the property several times with Jim before our decision to go to auction. They both showed themselves to be very supportive, encouraging, have a sound knowledge of the auction market, and know their marketing strategy. I was impressed by the way Calvin personalised the auction by addressing the bidders at the auction by Christian names when possible. Well done, Calvin
