We were very much satisfied with Pir, he has been very supportive and very easy to approach.
He has a great knowledge of the market and was able to assist us with a range of ideas. We felt very comfortable with Pir, he was very helpful and friendly and we didn't have any issues relating to the sale of the property. We wish him the very best and wouldn't mind doing business with him again.

First Home buyer be aware
We bought our first home via Bombay realestate. Usually agent is well aware of the house and can communicate very well with the vendor. In our case I had to hear that they can't reach the vendor. I was told that appliances should be working. However we found that the dishwasher is broken. Of course during inspection we can't sit and wash dishes. We added few conditions to the CoS and when the vendor do not honour them we do not see alot of mediation from real estate. This lead to settlement delayed and cause alot of pain for us.

I highly recommend Sunil to all sellers/ buyers
Sunil Gandham was truly amazing from step 1 with our intial phone call all the way to the final congratulating of us getting our home . Wether it was 7:30am or 9:30pm at night he was free for us and taking us on a inspection and made us feel very comfortable and more importantly was very knowledgeable of his property’s . Haven’t come across a agent who worked as hard as Sunil. I highly recommend Sunil to all sellers/ buyers.
