He's always busy and doesn't pick up the phone. He is also inconsistent with the appointments, on settlement date he said he will be there at 4-5pm then he send me a message saying he will be there at 1pm and we had to rush in order to catch up and take the keys. Another time before on inspection appointment he forgot the keys of the property and we had to wait a long time for him to bring the keys. Everything else was smooth except the things I mentioned above.
