Amazing service from Highland Property group. Excellent customer service in combination with a friendly approach and attitude. I’d like to mention Christian who is an absolute professional to deal with and I highly recommend him and the entire group .

Cooper helped us find our very first property in Australia after emigrating from the Uk. He was very informative of the housing mkt and the process how to secure a property. Would happily recommend Cooper to anyone else trying to find a property quickly and efficiently.

From my very first interaction with Nicole Beckett from Highland I was impressed with her warm, efficient, instantaneous and positive response to assist me in finding a tenant. At our first meeting she was timely and well prepared and followed up on all the information we discussed electronically. She was always available and took into account all of my requests. She was always professional and achieved beyond what we required. It was the best experience I have had with a leasing agent for a long time.

My property manager, Maddison, is amazing! She is super responsive and I can assure that any issues will be resolved quickly. It is also reassuring that my tenants have the same positive feedback for Maddison. I can always trust that Maddison will communicate with either myself or my tenants in a timely manner.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Christian & Kayla! Securing our new home was a seamless experience, thanks to their efforts and the Highland Team. The professionalism and dedication of your team, especially Christian who surpassed expectations in his response to our requests right before Christmas. My wife and I are more than happy to recommend a well-deserved 5 stars for the exceptional service. While I'll skip the Google review, please know that my positive experience reflects the excellence that defines Highland. Your commitment to customer satisfaction undoubtedly contributes to the longevity of your business. Best regards, Tuva and Rebekah

My husband and I were looking for a place to rent in the Eastern Suburbs as our previously secured accommodation had fallen through. Right from the first inspection Lana was very easy to communicate with, she kept me updated and was extremely helpful. I could only highly recommend Highland to future tenants.
