Professsionism and great communication
Michael Starr is exceptional. His communication skills are superb, and he kept me informed on tenancy legislation and he is very patient. He is proactive, reminding me of end-of-tenancy agreements and swiftly launching new campaigns. Most impressively, he promptly secures new tenant, making the entire process effortless. Highly recommended for his professionalism and efficiency.

Excellent Service
Keira Tomlin moved very quickly to re-lease our investment property when the current tenants submitted their notice to exit. In the current market we didn’t want the property vacated for too long & her professionalism and accountability demonstrated her understanding and desire to lease it in a short timeframe.
