Katarina and her highly experienced team were phenomenal! I was slightly hesitant at first with the prospect of listing my rental property but after a great conversation with Kat I felt very confident in my decision to proceed. Kat took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and considered my inputs carefully while also offering her professional opinions. Im happy to say we were able to meet comfortably in the middle and once the agreement was signed her team were able to get my property online in less than 48hrs so as not to miss the first showing on a Saturday. The communication throughout the showing period was exemplary! With detailed reports made available within hours of each showing listing attendees, their feedback and their intent to apply or not. Making this information available to me helped me to feel part of the team allowing me to make real-time decisions and have informed conversations with the agent regarding price and prospective tenants. I had quite specific instructions regarding how I wished the house to be setup for each showing (lighting, windows, art TV’s etc). Her team were able to follow these instructions perfectly and leave the place as it was after each showing. Ultimately they were able to find the perfect tenant for my property, agreeing to a 12 month lease and my asking price per week. Now that I have had the Highland experience I will be definitely staying with them long term and looking at leasing my other properties with them in the near future!
