Michael has been the most outstanding agent. We moved from another local real estate due to their performance and we have had nothing but the best from Highland. Michael is trustworthy, action orientated, helpful and he never misses a beat. Every request is dealt with swiftly and nothing is ever too much. I could not recommend him highly enough.

Great sales experience with one contact agent. Transition to property management could be improved by clarity in establishing email communication with the many relevant agents with respective responsibilities/titles. I’m still not sure of my most direct and effective channel to communicate.

Leasing through Michael and the team at Highland has been a great experience. They were extremely quick at getting our property on the market and addressed any issues immediately. Communication has been fantastic and our property was leased pretty much immediately. Would highly recommend.

Agent and all staff at Highland are friendly, courteous and professional. They dealt with my application promptly and seamlessly, even checking to see if I required any assistance with my utilities set up and removalists etc. I didn't end up needing this but was nice to ask. Highly recommend
