Had a positive experience with Highland. They were friendly during the signing and pleasant to deal with at all stages. Have been responsive to any issues and thorough with all contracts taking time to explain each clause of our commercial agreement. All the stages of the process use user friendly digital products which make the process easier. Only things I would suggest is making inspection report a tad easier as took half a day atleast to get right - allowing ability to mass upload photos (instead of individual photos) to the inspection report on the third party system would help with this.
