My experience with Highland right through from the initial inspection, the application process, to picking up the keys and signing the lease has been fantastic. Everyone I’ve dealt with from the Highland team have been friendly, understanding and professional. Special shout-out goes to Evangelia, Lana and Ben who have all been incredibly helpful throughout the whole application and moving in process. Thanks guys!

I cannot speak highly enough of Taneisha at Highland Cronulla. I had information that I needed desperately close to close of business and it arrived within minutes. We had issues with a rental property and were able to talk through options and strategies with her which she then actioned. The rapport we have established with her appears genuine and key to getting things done with minimum stress. We are very thankful to have her as property manager.

We have had only positive experience when dealing wit Highland. The team sold our hose three years ago, we are now renting out second home through them since selling our home. Kayla was so helpful, and helped us secure our new rental whilst we were travelling abroad. Cannot thank you all enough!

Thanks very much to Alex and Kayla for their amazing help in securing a tenant. Alex kept me fully informed the whole way through, and was very quick and proactive, even calling me on her off day. Alex has great knowledge of the local market. Thanks to the whole team for a great job.

I had inspected numerous properties (through other agencies) that same day and was unimpressed by the agent each time. It was such a relief to get to meet Kayla who was on time, friendly and knew everything she needed to about the property. My dealings with her during the finalisation of my application was also great. She was very efficient and thorough. Would highly recommend!

The communication with Highland was the best from any real estate I have worked with. Both emails and texts regarding my property as well as always friendly on the phone. They were also both highly professional and timely.
