A Joyful And Rewarding Experience
Today is our settlement day. A big day for us to celebrate in both Australia and Hong Kong. Within the short period of 40 days, we have completed the inspections, negotiation of the price, exchange of the contract, final inspection and settlement. Besides we bought from the owner 26 pieces of furnitures! Without Zhong Bo's assistance, all these are simply impossible within such a short timespan. A happy and smooth experience together with the deep impression of Bo's expertise in the local area and property market, his strong bilingual communication skills and professionalism.

Long term buyer nurture leads to excellent results
Bo listed our home off market. Utilising his database of qualified buyers in the right price range he introduced a purchaser and closed the deal within two weeks. Excellent team with incredible results

An honest, ethical and accurate experience resulting in a positive outcome would be the best way to describe my dealings with Nicholas Christou.
