Delivered offers quickly
Nick showed a strong insight into targeting potential buyers and then focused on those expressing real interest. A clever strategy in an off market campaign delivered offers quickly and provided a strong offer accepted after just two weeks. He is also polite and engaging while willing to offer his view and guidance when appropriate. Highly recommended.

They understand what we want
Nick and his colleague Anthony helped us to purchase the property in Mosman. Both of them are patient, efficient and professional. They understand what we want. I was impressed they drove across half the city to help us to sign the contract after 7pm. Highly recommend!

Well known and respected real estate agent with a great team!
Michael did a great job, the price came in well under what we were told to expect, which was disappointing, but at the end of the day, Micahel did the deal and got it across the line, which was what we needed. A great team from AVNU, completely on top of everything, and made it super easy for two full-time workers to sell. Thanks to Eliza for the open homes!

Polite, professional and a good listener.
My daughter and I were impressed by Nick's professionalism and communication skills. Above all, he had the ability to satisfy a number of questions we raised and when he didn't have the answers, he was able to eventually relay the response we were looking for to satisfy our concerns. Although he acted for the vendor, we felt he treated us as not 'just another buyer' and was genuinely interested in our feedback after inspecting the property.

As a buyer, my experience with Nick was great.
As a buyer, I’m conscious real estate agents work for the vendor. However, even as a buyer, my experience with Nick was great. Once we found the property we were after, Nick was very responsive to our many questions regarding the area, the building and the overall purchase process. I’d highly recommend Nick.

In safe hands
Despite my initial skepticism about the strategy Michael and Eliza put in place to sell my property, they held firm and asked me to trust that they knew what they were doing.
