I recently decided to change property manager at the same time as the departure of existing tenant. Nick and his team have been wonderful in looking after my rental property since taking it over from another agency some time ago. They have been very proactive in checking on the condition of my property, have excellent maintenance contacts, and find the best prices for repairs.
