Even with standout quality in the good times you have to wonder what your agency would be like when disaster strikes... Then you get to see the true colour of your agency. No rental income for me also meant no property management fees!!! He made minor recommendations to increase the rental return. Even without this suggestion, the proposed rent was more than our existing agent determined. Fees are reasonable.
