In January 2021, I was thinking of selling my home in April, when I presumed it would be a better time to sell. But I met Jeff who was doing an advertising drop of mailboxes in my street. I had already spoken to a non local real estate agent who had been highly recommended by a good friend, and this agent inspected my property and said that he thought that my purchase price was too high. Jeff however, was a local who was better acquainted with my area and he told me that he could get my price almost straight away. Somewhat skeptical, I gave Jeff a chance and he was as good as his word. My house sold within a few days of being on the market for the price I wanted. My opinion, is that Jeff knows his job and can be trusted.

Jeff is a true professional when it comes to real estate. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about the market. First of all, I would like to say that James is very hard working, very professional and a great salesman. I gave him just about 5 weeks to sell my property and he delivered the result. James was always proactive. He did not just sit and reply the phone calls and messages from the buyers. He was always reaching out to possible buyers. If someone would like to have a look at the property in the middle of the week after office hours, James would go and show the property. He also always updated me with how many people came for inspection and who were serious and who were not. He can sell ice to Eskimos. I am selling again, he would be my agent.
