Professional and focussed Agent.

We had known Kevin for many years prior to putting our home on the market, and had been impressed with his professional manner and local market knowledge. Upon appointing Kevin as our Agent he spent time setting out the marketing strategy, and brought in his team to guide us in providing tradesmen to freshen up the house, plus an interior stylist to select appropriate furniture to enhance our home to its best. From the very first open house Kevin and his team were actively engaged in keeping us informed regarding market conditions and buyers expectations. The Stone reporting system was first class and we were aware on a daily basis of the feed back from the open house's that were held. Kevin and his team were always enthusiastic and confident they could sell our property at a price that we expected, and their positivity was a significant feature in keeping us satisfied that we were in good hands. Kevin spent a lot of time with us, making sure we knew what was happening in the sales process and reinforcing the strategy we had chosen. After the purchaser's offer was accepted, the Stone team quickly and professionally finalised the legal requirements to complete the sale.
