Professional service with successful result
Mary-Anne is an extremely skillful, professional, dedicated and caring agent whose excellent knowledge of the market and local area culminated in an outstanding result for the sale of my property. She is a wonderful communicator with both the vendor and the buyers and kept me up to date on all aspects of the sales campaign. Outstanding experience

World class end to end experience
We started the journey with Rebecca well over 12 months ago as we were looking for a house to buy. At the time all marketing and admin housekeeping were put in place so we are ready when we purchased a house for sale of our townhouse to take place and pay for the upgrade. That day arrived. As you can appreciate, buying a house was draining, adding to that stress was the fact we had to sell and this is where Rebecca took over and made our selling journey stress free, smooth and most of all enjoyable. At no time did we feel pressure nor stress and were calm through the entire journey, even on auction day it was the hard work by Rebecca and her team that resulted in my family not experiencing stress. Then the result on auction day, we were very happy with the outcome and even enjoyed listening to bidding, confident Rebecca was going to achieve an amazing outcome. Great communication, advice and a wonderful experience overall.
Mary-Anne sold our mother's house in Greenwich back in 2004 for a good price despite a downward trending market and only 1 bidder so when it came time to sell the apartment she had downsized to, we immediately thought of Mary-Anne again. We canvassed other agents in Lane Cove but Mary-Anne's professionalism and overall approach convinced us to place our trust in her once again and we were not disappointed. The final negotiated price was purely down to Mary-Anne's reading of the prospective buyers and understanding of how far they were prepared to go together with current market forces. We were very happy with the final outcome.
