Alex assisted me with the sale of my apartment. As a first-time seller I was extremely impressed by how Alex and his team conducted the sale. It was a seamless process and Alex gave us professional advice and sold the property well above my expectations

Simone has been absolutely wonderful throughout the stressful process of selling our home. We could not recommend her highly enough. We have worked with other real estate agents before and the level of service provided by Simone is incomparable. She is extremely knowledgeable and works hard to ensure everything went well. She always had time for us, no matter how trivial the issue was. We felt completely safe in her hands and knew that she would achieve the best result for us. She is extremely patient and meticulous in her work, and went above and beyond to assist us in all aspects of our sale. It is extremely clear how seriously she takes her job and how much she cares for each and every one of her clients. We are so grateful for all of her help throughout this process. We would not hesitate to work with Simone and her team again. In fact, Simone was the real estate agent when we had actually purchased our home, and when it was time to sell we knew that we wanted her to be the real estate agent to do it. We have unfortunately moved out of the area, but if we could have worked with Simone with every sale and purchase in the future we definitely would. Thank you so much Simone!

Oscar did an excellent job in promoting and selling my unit. Even though it was off market, he was successful in bringing several prospective buyers to inspect it. Within a relatively short time he found a buyer who was willing to pay a price I was happy with. Oscar maintained regular communication with me, keeping me fully up to date with everything I needed to know. He was always prompt and professional in responding to my questions. I highly recommend him!

Mary-Anne opened the property for viewing at odd times to accommodate our schedules, was highly responsive to queries to the owner and to changes to contract pre auction. She was very "can do". Mary-Anne kept us informed and engaged the whole way through. I recommend that anyone selling in the area contacts her to see if she can help you.

Some say stress and worry during the sale of the family home is right up there with death and divorce. Clearly, these people have not sold through Rebecca Mitchell of Raine and Horne Lane Cove .From the signing of the agency through to the wonderful result at my on site auction, Rebecca and her team managed every step with confidence, integrity and a professional attention to detail. She tirelessly followed up potential buyers after inspections and conveyed to me both positive and negative feedback, a vital step in market interpretation and decision making. Her enthusiasm and preparedness to go the extra mile was evident from day one and I knew I was in a safe and experienced pair of hands. It also seemed that her relationship with buyers was equally positive, an observation that was yet another indicator that I had chosen my agent wisely. Rebecca's proactive approach to social media increased market exposure to my advantage. Its success was clearly reflected in the property awareness and the record price achieved on the day. Her character and honesty shone through and I am very grateful to her and her team for such a positive experience and excellent outcome
