Oscar has been selling 3 properties for me. Although it was really difficult to sell all of them for some time (the market was just bad), Oscar persisted and kept updating me regularly about people who were interested and comments from prospects about pricing and the quality of the properties. He has eventually sold two of the properties, and I think the 3rd one isn’t far off. I appreciate Oscar’s persistence and also his regular communications.

This is our second time working with Rebecca, after initially purchasing our apartment with her five years ago and we saw how transparent and professional she was, there was no choice but to call Rebecca straight away when it was time to sell and upsize! We started the sale process and campaign with Rebecca in October 2022 after a number of interest rate rises and a lot of uncertainty in the market, but we felt so secure and looked after, guided by Rebecca’s experience, wisdom and insights. Rebecca made herself and her top notch team members, Clare and Simone available to us whenever we had questions or were uncertain with the process. There was a real sense that the five of us were a strong team, with a clear focus, ready to pivot and shift when needed and tweak our strategy to respond to changes in the market. Rebecca assertively acted upon interest in our property with professionalism and vigour. When our buyer became known to us, that’s when Rebecca and her team’s experience really became evident. There were numerous hurdles and curveballs that were thrown at us from our buyer and Rebecca communicated with us every step of the way, we constantly felt she was in control of a very dynamic and rapidly evolving situation and felt so calm every time we heard Rebecca’s friendly voice on the phone with the latest update or humorous little moment from one of the open homes she ran for us. Talk about above and beyond! As we were upsizing with a baby on the way, Rebecca was acutely aware of our specific needs as my wife was heavily pregnant and was so flexible to cater to our needs. Rebecca made time to strategise with me on how to navigate the purchase of a house we were looking at buying, even though she had nothing to gain from the sale, she just wanted to help! Rebecca and her team sent us a wonderful fruit platter to congratulate us when our baby was born and did I mention she negotiated us a great sale price in a very difficult market?!
