This is our second time working with Rebecca, after initially purchasing our apartment with her five years ago and we saw how transparent and professional she was, there was no choice but to call Rebecca straight away when it was time to sell and upsize! There were numerous hurdles and curveballs that were thrown at us from our buyer and Rebecca communicated with us every step of the way, we constantly felt she was in control of a very dynamic and rapidly evolving situation and felt so calm every time we heard Rebecca’s friendly voice on the phone with the latest update or humorous little moment from one of the open homes she ran for us. Talk about above and beyond! As we were upsizing with a baby on the way, Rebecca was acutely aware of our specific needs as my wife was heavily pregnant and was so flexible to cater to our needs. Rebecca made time to strategise with me on how to navigate the purchase of a house we were looking at buying, even though she had nothing to gain from the sale, she just wanted to help! Rebecca and her team sent us a wonderful fruit platter to congratulate us when our baby was born and did I mention she negotiated us a great sale price in a very difficult market?!
