Simone is incredible. Her work ethic, communication skills, knowledge and friendliness is second to none! We had never sold a property in Australia before, but the process was made easy and fun by Simone. We couldn't fault anything and got a great result at auction. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I engaged Alex to see if he could sell my apartment at this difficult property market. Alex was able to sell my apartment in a short period of time, whilst obtaining a great result. Cost were kept to a minimum. Alex is professional and has a deep understanding of the property market on the lower north shore with a deep client base. I would definitely engage Alex again.

I have found Mary-Anne to be a very professional agent with years of experience behind her. She has worked through the toughest of Real Estate markets and achieved outstanding results. We have not only purchased property through her but recently just sold with her. Her positive personality, honesty and hard working ethics make her stand out from the rest, we couldn't be happier with the result she achieved for us in a slowing market. "Now she has to find us a property to buy."

Alex was very communicative and professional from the outset. His knowledge of the area amd market was spot on. Always too keen to answer questions and returning phone calls, Alex showed honest interest and compete transparency throughout the entire campaign right up until the option. I would highly recommend his services to anyone thinking of selling their house or apartment. Massive thumbs up!!!

We cannot speak more highly of Rebecca (and her team, Simone and Clare). We trusted her judgement implicitly and were rewarded with an outstanding result. Rebecca has an excellent command of the market, and above all, is transparent. This is a quality that vendors (and buyers alike) respect and appreciate.

Oscar looked after the sale of our property and the experience was nothing short of first class. We were selling from afar as we live in Queensland and had been renting it with Raine and Horne for 4 years. Oscar was open honest and worked very hard to deliver us the outcome we were looking for. I highly recommend him and would happily work with him again.

With Mary-Anne the whole process of purchasing the property was made easy due to her support, approachability, directness and professionalism with me, the potential purchaser, while at the same time being committed to her vendors and the best outcome for them.
