One of a kind
Simone is a personable and dedicated agent. She impressed us most with her communication and decision making which was just always on the same wavelength with us. This spoke of her understanding of us and how to find the right buyer for our house. We highly recommend Simone, and have found an agent we’d love to work with again and again.

An amazing agent
We had been looking for a home for nearly 2 years, encountering various highly skilled agents across the Lower North Shore. Mary-Anne stands out amongst the rest as personable, trustworthy and genuine, and through her stewardship were able to finally find a beautiful home for our soon to be family. What really stood out was how supported we felt along the way, that she really accomodated both buyers and vendor's needs in a manner that helped us mutually achieve the best outcomes. She always kept us up to date in a calm manner and made it a relatively stress-free auction process (as much as an auction process can be!). We are very grateful to have worked with a consumate professional like Mary-Anne, and highly recommend her to vendors and for the buyer experience.

Mary-Anne is an Absolute Gem
Mary-Anne was commissioned to sell our family home of 60 odd years after an interview process involving 3 real estate agents. Mary-Anne stood out in presentation, communication skills and experience in the market. We (four brothers) were all kept informed during the sale process, weekly reports were sent to all of us. I was in constant communication regarding potential buyer visits etc with frank and honest advice being received. Professional and Personal
Mary-Anne was presented with some provisions required (and patience) in order for a successful result for all parties involved. She was professional and always working in the best interest of her vendors to ensure a smooth process, however managed the campaign appropriately and was accommodating where necessary.
