Thank you to Rebecca, Clare and Simone for your honesty, enthusiasm and professional advice whilst selling our home. From Day 1 you said "We are here to hold your hand". That you did ... and more ... right until the very end with professionalism and compassion. We are delighted we chose Raine and Horne Lane Cove and would highly recommend Rebecca and her team as a trustworthy, upfront Real Estate Agent of which is rare.....

We’re super happy working with Oscar to sell our property. He gave lots of valuable market updates well prior to our listing. Great advice on styling and presentation. Easy to talk with. Clear updates with buyers information. Very positive experience.

Mary-Anne went above and beyond to help us buy our family home. She let us have inspections and times that suited us and worked with us to negotiate with the seller on Christmas eve. She made us feel like she genuinely wanted to reach an outcome that was good for both parties.

As a buyer looking for a family home there is a lot of pressure and unknowns. I found Mary-Anne to be extremely knowledgeable and very attentive to our specific requirements. This made for a seamless and stress free buying process! I would highly recommend Mary-Anne as a trusted agent.

This was our first experience in selling a house in over 50 years. Mary-Anne was therefore a natural fit for our requirements with her decades of real estate experience. Her deep knowledge, extensive capabilities, and a transparency in her approach to the sale provided us with a a high level of trust in the sale process. This was all the more important because we had relocated out of town and much of the sale negotiations were conducted remotely; text, email, and phone. Mary-Anne is the complete deal, taking the hard work and worry out of all aspects of the sale. She has an amazing network of connections including removalists, stylists, handymen, gardeners, builders, and architects. This was not only an asset to us during the sale but also to potential buyers. For Mary-Anne there are no problems, just solutions. Selling real estate is stressful, but Mary-Anne eased the burden through her thoroughly professional approach. We recommend her highly.

Mary-Anne worked tirelessly to secure a sale on my property and I appreciated and valued her advice and real estate knowledge of Lane Cove. She was always professional and available during the entire process and kept me promptly informed on the progress. Also our next steps were discussed as the days went by which helped make the marketing process less stressful and ultimately successful.
