Let's face it...finding a real estate agent that you can totally trust is probably like finding a needle in a haystack. However Rebecca and her team are the needles! From the very first meeting with Rebecca until the final sale Rebecca was my absolute confidant, my go to person, my rock. I could totally rely on her to be completely honest with me, to tell me "how it is" and no BS. She is down to earth and genuine. Her communication style is second to none, she literally got back to me within 5 minutes EVERY phone call. Her price guide was realistic and after 2 weeks on the market she got my upper range I am so very grateful and ecstatic! She kept me in the loop the whole way. Her team are outstanding. She has a fabulous person Clare who literally took care of all the trades, coordinated everything to get my house ready for sale. NOTHING was too much to ask. I call them Team Mitchell as together with Simone they are formidable force in Lane Cove. What I really liked as well is that when it came down to the wire Rebecca was really honest with the people who were interested in purchasing my house, she didn't BS to them saying there were bids when there weren't which made me think when I need to buy a house I am hoping Rebecca is the one that is selling it! Anyway, don't look at the fluff and marketing of other agencies, who you need is someone with absolute honesty and integrity and that is Rebecca. Hand on heart.
