Anyone can sell real estate in a rising market. The real test of an agent is how they do when the going is tough, and MAF was truly exceptional. In a falling market she was unflappable, always on top of the details and tolerant of our irrational expectations. She took half of Sydney through our house and was quite prepared to take the other half through if necessary. If selling real estate is a super power, she has it! Seriously impressive.
