Great outcome!!
Rebecca got the job becasue she displayed to us while selecting an agent that she knew how to negotiate. Really, there is not much more to say! Rebecca sold our house before auction for more than a million dollars more than an offer we recieved a few months earlier via our long term renting agent who said it was a good offer. Furthermore, the price was more than $200K over our intended reserve.

Confident, thorough and motivated to get best outcome
Rebecca was motivated, dedicated and very easy to work with. Her and her team communicated effectively and efficiently and at the perfect frequency. She left no stone unturned with potential buyers so we felt informed and understood the progress throughout the whole campaign. She was very clear on the strategies she has in her toolbox and we had every confidence that the right ones would be, and were deployed when necessary. The team support was also immensely helpful, especially in a situation where we were relocating overseas between exchange and settlement.

Vendor of a property in Lane Cove
I want to take this opportunity to express my family's great thankfulness to Mary-Anne. We approached Mary for selling our apartment in the suburb of Lane Cove without an expectation that the property could actually be sold at the price we expected. We simply wanted to give it a go and see what would happen. Surprisingly, the property was sold within two weeks at a record price which my close friends cannot believe me in the first place. Mary is so professional, diligent, and most importantly, listening. She puts herself into our (the Vendor) shoes and at the same time fully considers the purchaser's needs. A bargain cannot be reached without both sides' satisfaction. In a nutshell, we highly appreciated what Mary had done and recommended her service to anyone.
