Highly Knowledgeable
Alex was great to work with, he is very knowledgable about the market and takes the stress out of selling a property. He was super efficient and turned around the process very quickly. He was able to obtain a value higher than what I had expected and communicated and kept in touch through all the steps. Would highly recommend. He sold my property less than a week from the open house.

Great agent, better person!
As a first home buyer, searching for months on end. I had become disillusioned with the process and felt a lack of trust for agents. That all changed when I was introduced to Oscar! One of the biggest differences about Oscar compared to other agents was that he listened to my needs and always went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable in the buying process. If you are a buyer, Oscar is your man! I couldn’t recommend him highly enough! He is genuine, fair, and very transparent.

What can I say about Oscar and his team... Polite, humble, takes time to listen and hear what you are saying, goes out of his way to meet with you when it fits with your time, personable, remembers you and recognizes and acknowledges you at inspections, all simple things and I could go on. A lot of people in real estate live up to the reputation of being self indulged, money hungry fools. Oscar is the example of what they should aim for.

Great operator
Mary-Anne was a great agent for our first home purchase. Always available to answer questions and was certainly the agent that followed up the most on visits and anything else she could do to help. Went back and measured rooms for us and a number of other things. Made the buying experience an easy one and the vendor seemed very pleased as well.
