We first met Mary-Anne Fitzgerald 23 years ago when we bought our home. We thought of her to sell this time but first enquired people known to us who had sold recently with her, all very positive comments. She visited us, indicated a price range (which was achieved) and guided us to market the property to show its individual character. She was responsive to our questions and requests. Every person who inspected our home was assessed as a potential buyer and she was in regular contact with them and phoned us each time so we knew what was happening. The final morning she phoned to say there had been a negotiated offer, which we agreed we were happy to accept, and contract exchanges were put in place for later in the day. Buying or selling is stressful because we don't do it often. Mary- Anne was very efficient, reassured us throughout the process, we couldn't have desired a better agent for selling our home after 20 days on the market.
