And, it seems to me, it;s the fact that she’s a people person that makes her such an effective professional. She takes the time to get to know people; to get inside their heads and hearts. This enables her to sharply target and match-up buyers with vendors, saving all concerned time, energy, angst, frustration and money. In our own case, she sensitively, discreetly & respectfully handled the sale of our late mother’s modest property. On the strength of a one-week exclusive agency agreement, she effected a sale both all parties were happy with, sans negotiation. A decent offer, right off the bat; accepted immediately. It was but a matter of a few days, from first inspection, to exchange of contracts. If anyone knows a better, more personable agent, I’d really like to meet them. I’d commend Rebecca to anyone that prefers business conducted ethically and efficiently.

Rebecca and Simone are exceptional at their job. We had a lot of doubts going into the sale process given the general softness in the market. Rebecca was always honest with us, never tried to overpromise a high price before we engaged her. And during the process, Rebecca and Simone worked incredibly hard, following up on every email and telephone lead and updating us with feedback constantly. Simone was also the super organiser in charge of the marketing process, she had impeccable attention to detail and made these customised cards that she placed throughout the house highlighting the various house features. It’s these little things that goes a long way! Most importantly, Rebecca and Simone supported us through the process, answering our phone calls and texts at all hours and addressing any second thoughts we had about anything really. We were very happy with the outcome and whilst it’s easy to say we got lucky, I genuinely believe that it is because of Rebecca and Simone’s hardwork. Thank you ladies!
