Rebecca Mitchell is an embodied reminder that stereotypes are only ever generalisations and never catch-alls. We’ve probably all heard snide, knowing asides about real estate agents. Many of us have had adverse experiences, which back the cliches. But Rebecca isn’t just a gun real estate agent, she’s also a human being. And, it seems to me, it;s the fact that she’s a people person that makes her such an effective professional. She takes the time to get to know people; to get inside their heads and hearts. This enables her to sharply target and match-up buyers with vendors, saving all concerned time, energy, angst, frustration and money. In our own case, she sensitively, discreetly & respectfully handled the sale of our late mother’s modest property. On the strength of a one-week exclusive agency agreement, she effected a sale both all parties were happy with, sans negotiation. A decent offer, right off the bat; accepted immediately. It was but a matter of a few days, from first inspection, to exchange of contracts. If anyone knows a better, more personable agent, I’d really like to meet them. I’d commend Rebecca to anyone that prefers business conducted ethically and efficiently.
