I don't know why my review was not posted on the review page last time. This agency is still doing nothing. It has been two months now. The manager did not let us contact the strata while they do not even understand what really happened. No one came to check what the problem is. The funny thing is the other tenant who had the same problem in the same building fixed it within two weeks with her own agency and the strata fixed only one cable. They left us for a month saying the strata didn't answer their call and email and then, nothing happened after then for another months. NICE. The magic word "Unfortunately" "Out of our control" seems working really well this time. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. Just embrace your own problem. We don't care mate! lol ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The strata took off the NBN service box and disconnected the network cables outside of the building and did not notice anyone. It has been a months afterwards and the agency literally did nothing for us. The internet is one of utilities that tenants can use like water so it should be fixed. It is like there is no water and the agency does not even try to fix it so we buy cartons of water and use it for shower and cooking. NEVER EVEN CONSIDER BEING WITH THIS AGENCY. --------------------------------------------------------- Ah, They didn't even lock the door after they inspected the property last time. Would you please lock the door next time? It seems they don't care tenants at all.

The property we leased was advertised using photos that were over 10 years old and described as "immaculate" but the house we were given was anything but immaculate with blobs of plaster used to patch up holes in the walls, the toilets, carpets, tiles, bench-tops, sinks/basins and walls/ceilings were filthy with huge cracks in every wall. Window tint was peeling off the windows, the oven and dishwasher were in a terrible state. When we asked our property manager about these issues, we were told that the properties listed are in an "as inspected" state and that is perfectly acceptable to use 10 year old photos when listing a property and that descriptions used don't necessarily have to reflect the actual state of the property. The main issue with this is that the only inspection made available were with the previous tenants still residing in the property making it impossible to see the actual condition of the property until it is too late and you have no choice but to accept it. If this is what Xceed consider as an acceptable state, I can only imagine what their own houses must look like. Would I ever rent from them again? Absolutely not - but given the state of the market currently, they can (and do) pretty much whatever they please knowing full well that people have no choice but to go along with it. If there were ever a good reason to stop renting and to buy a house then this would be that reason.
