Agents were very prompt with answering any questions I had. Great service and very attentive. However, the system to complete the entry condition report is so poor. It is not optimised for the PC and they make you upload pictures with your comments. I wasted so much time filling out and it crashes and doesn't save. Wasted 3 hours of my time and then finally after 4 hours I got it complete.
