I have had my property with Xceed now for over five years and I haven't had any issues. Any problems with the property they have been very prompt inform me, provide quotes if necessary & get it resolved once they have my authorisation. I have had great long term tenants on their recommendations and my property has always been resigned before the previous tenant has moved out at market rate so I haven't had a vacant property which is a testament to their knowledge of the area and property market.
