Our representatives attended a house inspection on the Saturday and we submitted our application on the same day. We were delighted with the promptness of receiving correspondence on the Monday, with a lease signed on the Tuesday. After the initial inspection, the remainder of the process was done electronically/over the phone which suited our needs as we are yet to relocate to Perth.

We just moved into our new house, and we are very excited to live. But on the first day, we found the central lock of our house is not working. We reported the fault to exceed via the management application. The management failed to act on the issue until we called the head office, which was after ten days after lodging our complaint. The management told us that they are still waiting on the house owner's approval. Seriously, it's a security issue, and they are waiting on approval; shame.
