Exceed promptly responded to all our queries and requested assistance in terms of repair and maintenance. Amalie, the company's Property Manager has professionally communicated all the requirements before moving in to the property and whenever we have queries she replied on a timely manner. We appreciate Amalie as well as the entire company in every assistance they extended for us to be well adjusted in our new home. We have nothing but gratitude to them.

We recently signed a lease with Xceed. When we arrived at the property N.O.T.H.I.N.G was clean and half the essentials were broken. Upon finding out that they had done a property report days prior to handing the keys over and yet nothing had been rectified was appalling. There has been no proactive action taken and Xceed are now not even responding to my emails. The oven door is broken, some door handles are barely hanging on etc. but nothing has been done. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service provided and think more care should be taken over the tenants, who are paying the rent, than the property owners who choose to leave the place in such a disgusting mess. The fact I can only go as low as 1 star when they deserve less is annoying.

Xceed were not on the ball in getting cleaning, clearing and gardening done when the outgoing tenant left the property in a mess. There was a gap of approx 3 weeks between the tenant moving out and the new tenant moving in and the work was not done until 2 days before the next tenant moved in, and that was only after several emails and phone calls from me to find out what was going on. The company did not sufficiently prioritise the work and attention to detail was lacking eg I was told the gardener/handyman would be doing the cleaning inside. when I asked the handyman he had no knowledge of this and it was definitely not his job. A cleaner was then hastily found to attend the next day (the day before the new tenant moved in). An external door was also left unlocked over a period of a few days until I noticed and had them attend to it. When I went to the property to check that the cleaning etc had been done - 3 days before the new tenant - I found that nothing had been done yet there was a staff member there doing the incoming inspection ie before the property was in a ready to move in condition. Poor performance overall.

From the previous tenant vacating my property to the new tenants moving in, the turnaround was really efficiently managed by Xceed. This included some maintenance work that was completed within the time frame the property was vacant. Good communication and updates.
