Couldn’t Have Asked for Better Service
My experience with Xceed Real Estate as a new tenant has been excellent so far, thanks to Rochelle Armstrong. From the beginning, Rochelle has been friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. She made the entire process—from application to move-in—smooth and stress-free. Rochelle has been quick to respond to any questions I’ve had and made sure everything was clearly explained. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about providing good service and making tenants feel supported. Overall, I’m very happy with how everything has been handled and would highly recommend Rochelle Armstrong and Xceed Real Estate based on my experience so far.

They made iur interstate move easy!
My partner and I are in the middle of moving from VIC to WA, and we were really worried about securing a place before the big move as we couldn't physically see the place before we arrived. We explained our situation to Charlie from Xceed, and she was so understanding and helpful, let us submit an application and sent it to the landlord, and we got the place!
