I’m currently selling up my investment property so no longer have need for a property manager. Over the last thirty, odd, years I’ve gone through a number of different owners of this agency office and a multitude of property managers. Tamara is by far the best in all facets of the game. I trust her so completely that I gave her permission to make important decisions if I was unable to be contacted quickly enough. In future I would seek her out personally and do business with her, regardless of which office she worked for.

My experience with Bella my property manager has been excellent. As an investment property owner who is not very familiar with the process, having someone knowledgeable and supportive made a big difference. She handled all the paperwork and administrative tasks, which made everything much easier and stress-free for me. Communication has always been clear and prompt. Her and her team are very responsive whenever I have questions and take the time to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. Molly Michell is amazing at what she does! She truly made the process of getting our new rental feel absolutely stress free. She provided the most amazing service, answering within minutes, calling us and assisting us in getting all our documents sorted and just being so kind overall. Normally getting a rental feels overwhelming and stressful but not this time, we appreciate Molly and her efforts in helping us secure our new home and 5 stars isn't enough to recognise how great she is!
