DO NOT USE. Xceed in nothing !!! 8 months 3 different property managers No property inspections in 8 months Late payment of fees incurring penalties Poor communication, did not act in our best interest. Too many property’s to manage . Not a good experience for us . Personally we would not recommend these people to manage your property !!

My application was dealt very professionally and smoothly. I was applying from Melbourne as I was unable to move to Perth due to the border restrictions. But thanks to Dasha and Courtney I did not feel like I was applying from another city! I was able to complete a visual inspection (with my friend and flat mate in Perth). Our queries and questions were answered promptly and properly. Couldn't have asked for a better apartment hunting experience. Thank you!

I have only been in tenancy of my current residence for two weeks and feel it too early to write an accurate review. At this time I feel they XCEEDRE appear to be prompt in returning communication and sending reminders. I have maintenance requests that require attention asap so will be interested to see if this is followed through with efficiency and promptness.
