the property management team have too many properties to manage under one portfolio and have to assistant underneath them and the do not communicate between them selfs aswell as lack of communication to the owner

This is my first rental process with Xceed and I am delighted with the attention given to me during the whole process from viewing the property to signing the lease agreement. All other real estate agencies I dealt with before were great but Xceed has literally gone over my expectation. Well, I was avoiding to repeat myself but shouldnt, they really Xceed'ed my expectations. Well done to the whole team and I am sure we will have great relationship throughout my lease period.

I won’t even list all the events that your agency and staff have failed on - far too embarrassing. I will say that the complete lack of service from Dasha and Courtenay lead us to leave. Having an investment property vacant for 8 weeks in this environment is a disgrace.

Xceed RE is excellent! They have been thorough and professional and great to work with. They kept us up to date about what was happening and the status of our application, always letting us know as soon as we've moved on to the next step. They wasted no time whatsoever and were able to give us an answer within a couple of days. They are honest and forthright. Really great experience on this rental compared to other experiences we've had with other realtors that were not so honest and professional. Looking forward to our tenancy with Xceed!
