I dealt with Gary originally online and found him to be patient and helpful. Then we dealt with Karyn who was also patient and helpful. My only criticism is that dealing with all the paper work online is extremely difficult for us older citizens, and feel that perhaps it could be done face to face as a normality. Karyn and Gary made it possible for us to do the final signing up face to face, which was great, but feel it should be able to be done as a normal procedure if wanted. As a suggestion, it would be good to be left with a run-down of how a property operates, eg where watering system is, what day bins go out, how to use any electrical/gas appliances etc. Doesn't have to be too involved - just would make it much easier and less phone calls to your agency from frazzled tenants.
