Exceed has what looks like an automatic reporting system about how things are going during the advertising process which saves you having to ring/email and ask. It tells you how many people are enquiring, how many attended home opens etc. Gave a bit of peace of mind. Good communication with the agents and explanation of the process. They managed to find generate interest and lease it even in this current environment.

The agency was really easy to go through, everything was online and when in came to moving in we just had to go collect the keys and sign some paperwork. It was super easy and the property manager has been great and very prompt with her response to any of me questions.
