Exceed has what looks like an automatic reporting system about how things are going during the advertising process which saves you having to ring/email and ask. It tells you how many people are enquiring, how many attended home opens etc. Gave a bit of peace of mind. Good communication with the agents and explanation of the process. They managed to find generate interest and lease it even in this current environment.

This was a first time property lease for myself and my partner, we felt supported through the rental experience. It was a little hard at times too get in contact with someone to check in with our application process. Once we were accepted, we were guided very smoothly through the rental process. We had a very informative video to watch before being handed the keys and a clear hand book was given too us for follow up questions. Would definitely recommend Xceed on their efficiency.

Karen was amazing and believe me when I say she had to put up with some unbelievable phone calls of what went wrong again as I was trying to do “a small renovation to spruce up my rental property”. Her support and encouragement during this time was very reassuring and had my house rented after the first home open. Leonie was never far away if Karen wasn’t available. Highly recommended! I've never dealt with such a terrible real estate agent. Since having moved in, I haven't had one single maintenance issue resolved even forcing me to move into my living room because maintenance issues weren't resolved. When I would notify the property manager Dasha Chugueva, every single time she would say "it wasn't there when I did the inspection" insinuating that I was the one to damage things or I was lying. The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to standards, with walls not even attempted to be wiped down. I raised this with Dasha and she demanded I provided photo evidence because again "it wasn't there when she inspected it." I happily forwarded the photo evidence she requested to prove that I was not lying and that she had obviously done a terrible inspection. I had no response back. I was first dealing with Steve then got handed to Dasha and then handed to her assistant Chloe Della-Vedova who I was advised was going to be my first point of contact which then changed back to Dasha and then Shannon Thomson. Shannon did help as much as she could. But the amount of people I had to deal with was ridiculous and very confusing. Mind you these changes happened all within 2 months. Dasha was absolutely NO help at all and did not even respond to some of my emails. To top it all off, I received a insincere email stating that they've made a decision to "cease our management of this property and hand it to owner" with no explanation at all. The email continued to say "pleasure to work with you over the last 9 month" even though I haven't even been living in the place for 3 months, so it's obvious that it was a copy and paste from a previous email. And no explanation was given on the numerous maintenance issues that are still to be fixed in the apartment. No help was given but they still demand full rent even though I live in an apartment that is not fully functioning. Completely unprofessional and the worst property manager I have dealt with.
