I absolutely appreciate all that has been done by Steve from your leasing department, also kept me informed and i believe worked very hard, this i appreciate, however, my property manager, Catherine Jansen who no longer is with you did me a dis service if she had of done her job properly i would not have lost a potential tenant and my property would not be vacant all this time, i have lost a considerable amount of money as she did not do the right thing, very disappointing, her attitude to the people that kept her employed left a lot to be desired, i was at the point of taking my unit away from your agency, very glad she is not there any more.
