Awesome experience thusfar!
each interaction with Xceed has been professional but also personable. We have been with exceed for about 3-4 weeks now and each contact has been excellent. Any maintenance things that we have needed fixed have been dealt with in a timely manner and they're always easy to reach. So far our experience has been brilliant and we hope this continues throughout our time with Xceed.

Excellent Agency, thorough application process.
Best listings available on the Internet, home open process was inviting and well put together, and the application process was thorough but rewarding and made the process of looking for a new home much easier than in previous times. Would highly recommend highly to anyone looking to rent or buy!
