Professional and excellent to deal with
Xceed Staff have all been very professional since we started using them a couple of years ago for our rental properties. The management of our properties have been exemplary. They listen to our needs and in turn provide excellent advice and service. We highly recommend.

Professional outfit
Just started my journey with Xceed after successfully renting a property they manage. They appear a large property group and seem very professional and a modern looking organisation. All my dealings and questions to date have been quickly dealt with. Their communication has been excellent to this point, I have spoken briefly to my allotted Property Manager who retuned my call promptly and was nice and friendly. I even received a welcome pack when I picked the keys up.

Unpersonable
I think we are yet to engage with another actual human being throughout this process with xCeedin Belmont! It has been rather impersonal, with automated emails and not one phone engagement to date. The bond and first two weeks debited out of our accounts and still no updates/communication. No complaints though in my wiriting this though, they have helped us on the journey for a years living securotry!! đź’–
