I informed the agent that I wanted to be paid every 4 weeks/month but was not done. The unit remained vacant for a month and dirt accumulated. I was told that it was not cleaned, however when handed to agent, inspected and confirmed clean.

Usually many agencies just work in the interest of the owners. This particular agency listens and understands the issues faced by the tenants and makes sure the place you live in is upto the standards. My property managers, Belynda and Alison are very understanding and listen to every request i put forward with intent to resolve.

Despite the housing market apparently no takers for a 2 bedroom unit. Other units in the exact same building were leased even before home open. So many fees, even though it was an effort to get it leased. Home in a great area and good condition. Just wasn't lucrative enough for the agent I guess. The fees you pay are not worth the low effort of this business. Go elsewhere. They promised a lot and delivered the opposite. Very disappointed.
