I viewed this property online on Monday 28 August 2023. I then viewed the property on Tuesday 29 August 2023 and expressed my interest in renting the property. I received an email from Xceed on Wednesday 30 August 2023 to which an application link was attached. I completed the application and was advised on Thursday 31 August 2023 that my application was successful. After paying the deposit I moved into the property on Monday 4 September 2023. All this done in one week...the service and efficiency was remarkable. Many thanks to the staff at Xceed real estate.
