Professional and thorough Property Manager
Adrienne has been managing my property in Doubleview for just over one year. I've found her to be professional and honest at all times. She is always happy to share her thoughts on best practices and works well with other Xceed colleagues to remedy any maintenance issues. The team are able to provide relevant information on market conditions when suggesting rental pricing. I find this very helpful as I am no longer based in Perth. I've never experienced any property related issues whilst dealing with Adrienne or Xceed and would happily recommend their services to other property landlords.

Thorough Professionals!
Kristie-Lee is very informed, and a thorough professional when it comes to managing properties. At no stage we felt left out or our absence locally any hinderence during our property letting journey. Excellent communication, professional service

Professional
They provide the good update on rental market and choice of good tenants. Additionally, the Property Manager is also very professional in handling with tenant on their expectation and keeping them happy with the lease agreement. We like their personality attitude and polite approach towards the owner. Once again, we very please to continue with Xceed Real Estate in handling our apartments.

Do your own research to get the current market value as is theirs is always on the low side.
They can manage the property fine. Only issue is repairs. You are better off getting tradies on your on.
