Great Experience
We approached Xceed Real Estate to just after we got our first investment property to manage the rental process. We live busy lives and don't have any experience renting out a property so we wanted someone who could do all of the organizing for us and Xceed have delivered totally. They were very upfront with us with how the process worked, what was included as part of the service and how much it would cost, and they have been efficient and helpful at every juncture. Highly recommended!
