Taking into account tough real estate market conditions in Perth and our first experience renting a property in Australia we were lucky to get the property as you can only imagine how many stages of cooperation were new to us. We were given a very detailed and comprehensive property condition report for approval and were given the opportunity to agree on it within a week. We recently signed a lease with Xceed. When we arrived at the property N.O.T.H.I.N.G was clean and half the essentials were broken. Upon finding out that they had done a property report days prior to handing the keys over and yet nothing had been rectified was appalling. There has been no proactive action taken and Xceed are now not even responding to my emails. The oven door is broken, some door handles are barely hanging on etc. but nothing has been done. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service provided and think more care should be taken over the tenants, who are paying the rent, than the property owners who choose to leave the place in such a disgusting mess. The fact I can only go as low as 1 star when they deserve less is annoying.
