Xceed were not on the ball in getting cleaning, clearing and gardening done when the outgoing tenant left the property in a mess. There was a gap of approx 3 weeks between the tenant moving out and the new tenant moving in and the work was not done until 2 days before the next tenant moved in, and that was only after several emails and phone calls from me to find out what was going on. The company did not sufficiently prioritise the work and attention to detail was lacking eg I was told the gardener/handyman would be doing the cleaning inside. when I asked the handyman he had no knowledge of this and it was definitely not his job. A cleaner was then hastily found to attend the next day (the day before the new tenant moved in). An external door was also left unlocked over a period of a few days until I noticed and had them attend to it. When I went to the property to check that the cleaning etc had been done - 3 days before the new tenant - I found that nothing had been done yet there was a staff member there doing the incoming inspection ie before the property was in a ready to move in condition. Poor performance overall.

I recently rented an apartment through this real estate company, and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the apartment when I moved in. The place was absolutely filthy, with dirt and grime covering every surface. The floors were stained and smelly and the bathroom and kitchen were covered in mold and mildew. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the real estate company, they were slow to respond and showed little concern for my living conditions. When they finally did send someone to clean the apartment, the job was done poorly, with only a cursory attempt at removing the dirt and grime. To make matters worse, the real estate company was unresponsive to my requests for further assistance, and seemed to be more interested in collecting my rent money than in ensuring that their tenants had a clean and safe place to live. Overall, my experience with XCEED REAL STATE was extremely negative, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a quality living experience. They clearly have little regard for their tenants' well-being, and their lack of responsiveness and poor maintenance practices have left me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed.
