Ian provided a prompt, realistic valuation, then dealt diplomatically with marketing the property while a tenant was still in occupation. He found buyers quickly then managed & helped mitigate various issues highlighted by the buyers, identifying & engaging appropriate contractors to investigate & carry out repairs & in some cases fixing issues himself, allowing the sale to proceed to an early settlement. He kept us informed on progress throughout.

Ahsan was excellent with selling my property, and I felt well looked after despite being interstate. I was impressed with his appraisal style, it was very data-driven and the sale price was very close to the appraisal.
