He sourced a buyer for our property before we put it on the market and before we needed to spend thousands of dollars to renovate for sale. However, we had a structural issue picked up by the buyer's building inspector. This is where Joe excelled, he organized an arborist, bricklayer and a building inspector to sign off on repair works to meet our settlement obligations - all done within a week and making settlement seamless. Joe also gave us great advice and updated us frequently with how the market was going, what our best strategy would be, what maintenance issues needed to be done and he organized tradesmen to do it.
