Having sold many properties over the last 20 years, I was pleased to see Rick deliver on his word. Rick explained the whole sale process, his strategy to attract buyers to the property and what the value of my property was and what price we would be aiming for, in an open and transparent manner. Not only did we get multiple offers in a short timeframe, but a price above my expectation. Once the contract was accepted, Rick sorted out an issues or concerns making the whole process seamless.
