Rick was very knowledgeable regarding the market. He took the time to show recent sales in the building. We were delighted with the speed in which Rick had our first offer which unfortunately didn't proceed. The second offer came quickly after and both offers exceeded expectations by a substantial amount. In the process of selling the unit Rick went above and beyond to help with things that required attention. Rick always kept in touch and made the whole process a pleasant experience. Superb.

Joe helped to sell our property in East Perth in Nov 2023. From day 1, Joe kept us up to date with what was happening and was very responsive through email or mobile. We had some issues with our tenant but Joe was very patient and understanding and spoke to her several times on our behalf. In the end, he managed to come up with a agreement that was beneficial for all parties involved. He worked late into the evening to show our apartment and managed to get a good price for us within a very short time. We are very happy with his work and will not hesitate to recommend his services or use him again should we need to sell another property.

I liked Joe from the 1st time I met him. He is always friendly and warm. I had a sense then that I was dealing with a rare and honest agent. When I 1st met him, he even advised me to wait to sell my property so I could get a better price. I didnt know at the time but he kept an eye on the property and when it was in the selling price range that I had initially mentioned to him, he contacted me - how awesome is that? Joe kept me informed throughout the process from when we started to advertise right through to after settlement. He even organised an electrical inspection that was required as part of the same on my behalf as I was unable to do it at the time. This is my 3rd property dealing with Xceed Real estate and my 1st using a selling agent and I have not yet been disappointed.
